Main Ingredients
cups Kimchi
5 cups water
2 tablespoons Gochujang (Hot Pepper Paste)
2 tablespoons Doenjang (Soybean Paste)
1 tablespoon Gochugaru (Chilli Flakes)
1 box tofu
1 can tuna (or any other meat you like!)
100g Vermicelli
 
Garnish
Green Onion
White Sesame Seed
 
Bring water to boil
Add Doenjang, Gochujang and Kimchi
Taste and add more paste if necessary
Let soup simmer over low heat for 5-7mins
Add rest of the ingredients (tofu, tuna and vermicelli)
Let soup simmer over low heat for 5-7mins or until vermicelli is cooked
Remove from heat and serve
