Kimchi Rice Ball

Recipes
Main ingredients: 
1 cup cooked cold rice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1/2 medium carrot, diced
1/2 cup kimchi, chopped into smaller pieces
1-2 tbsp Sempio gochujang
2 tsb Ottogi sesame seed oil
 
Garnish:
Spring onion, chopped
Ottogi stir-fried anchovies
White sesame seed
Fried (quail) eggs
 
In a large frying pan, heat about 1 tbsp of oil and cook garlic until slightly brown
Add in carrots, onion and kimchi and cook until kimchi is slightly soft
Add in gochujang (vary amount according to preference)
Stir in the rice and cook until rice is heated through (3-5mins)
Add sesame oil and stir, then leave aside to cool
 
To assemble:
Put your desired amount of rice in cling wrap and mould into a ball
Top it off with above mentioned garnish or whatever you like!
